Description
English: Plan of the medieval Louvre as constructed during the reign of Philippe-Auguste with a blue overlay showing the additions made during the reign of Charles V. The overlay is based on a plan in Louis Hautecoeur's Histoire du Louvre (Paris, 1940). The location of the north center tower was also adjusted westward to correspond to Hautecoeur's plan.
