English: Peng Shilu (the family name is Peng) in 2004. Peng Shilu (彭士禄), known as the "father of China's nuclear submarines" and the "father of China's naval nuclear propulsion", is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE, 中国工程院). He is the second son of Peng Pai (彭湃).
