English: In 2011, a contribution of 125 boxes of medical journals and books donated by North Carolina medical professionals began its journey to the Scientific Medical Library of Moldova to provide current medical texts for Moldovan health care providers who don’t always have access to the latest medical research and treatments often found in American medical publications. Prior to this latest donation, over 21,000 medical journals and books had previously been donated. |
