Description
English: Fences on the grounds of the municipal water plant in New Richmond, Ohio, United States. The open lot is the site of the former New Richmond Water Works and Electric Station, once located at 701 Washington Street; built in 1899, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. It was destroyed in 2012, but it has not yet been removed from the Register.
