Fair use rationale for Hulk (comics) edit

This image is an iconic representation of the Metal Master, used in the article Metal Master (comics) to illustrate the character. This character is subject to trademark, copyright and intellectual copyright law, such that no free visual representation of the character is possible. Given the visual nature of the medium the character appears in, it is necessary to show the appearance of the character to allow the reader to be fully informed. This image is a low resolution image released by Marvel Comics for publicity purposes. It represents artwork that will have been used inside a book in which the Metal Master appears, possibly as the titular character. Such a low resolution image will not impact on the copyright holder's potential to commercially exploit the image or the character.
