A black picture frame held up on a gallery wall by string, containing paper with handwritten notes in red ink, along with a stuffed white teddy bear tied to the front of the paper. Tied to the bear is a smaller black picture frame containing a black and white photo of an open mouth. Two other hanging strings are visible on the wall on either side of the frames.
