Summary

Description
English: Looking at the Carroll Street Building (1150 Carroll Street) at the east end of the CUNY Medgar Evers College campus, on Carroll Street between Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. As evidenced by its architecture, the building was originally an early 1900s school building, the Jesuit-run Brooklyn Preparatory School. In the 1970s, the school became the main building of Medgar Evers College until the construction of the modern buildings on Bedford Avenue.
