1) The bodysuit is a unique visual design. Any duplicate would be an obviously inferior knock-off, and using a photograph of one would be misleading to the reader.
2) The bodysuit was a haute couture one-off, not believed to be commercially mass-produced. It is not possible to simply purchase it to photograph it. 3) It is not known who currently owns the ensemble. It is not on permanent public display anywhere, so it is not possible to simply go to a museum and photograph it. |

2) The photo is publicly and freely available on the Vogue website, and will only be a small low-quality copy of their much higher-quality original. It is only one of several dozen photos of the collection, so readers wishing to view the entire collection will click through to Vogue. |
