Description
Português: Maciço de Termit, no SE do Níger, ontem. Para escala, essa imagem tem 77 x 77 km. Do lado esquerdo da imagem, em amarelo e marrom claros, estão as dunas de areia do Deserto de Tin Toumma. Nos locais levemente esverdeados há pequena cobertura de gramíneas e arbustos (<5% da área) ao redor de manchas de grama, arbustos e árvores espalhadas. O maciço de montanhas, em preto, é composto por afloramento vulcânicos caracterizados por amplos vales de areia, cascalho, pedra e grandes rochedos e arenito preto extremamente erodido / Termit Massif, SE Niger, yesterday. For scale, image has 48 x 48 miles. At image left side, in light brown and yellow, are Tin Toumma Desert sand dunes. At lightly greenish spots there is some grass and bushes cover ( < 5% of area) around grass spots, with bushes and some scattered trees. Termit appears in black, composed by volcanic outcrops with large sand valleys, gravel, rocks and large boulders and also extrenelly eroded black sandstone .
