Summary

Description
English: The "Changes" section of MOHAI's permanent exhibit, True Northwest. Artifacts include the Shelly's Leg sign from Seattle's first openly gay bar, the Sonic's 1979 NBA Championship trophy and the Lusty Lady marquee, famous for its clever announcements on its building in downtown Seattle. Here the sign relates to Forward Thrust, a series of major bond initiatives approved by voters in 1968 and 1970.
