The making of kremostsuppe or cream cheese soup, one of the dishes made for New Year's Eve 2011.

Recipe
500 g minced meat
2 onions
1 red bell pepper
1 leek
8 dl chicken stock
400 g cream cheese (use spice and herb varieties)
salt & pepper
Slice up the onion, leek and red bell pepper and stir fry the vegetables in suitable portions and put them in a big kettle. Fry the minced meat until brown and put it in the same kettle. Add the chicken stock and bring the kettle to a boil. After boiling for 5-10 minutes turn down the heat and add the cream cheese. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
