This image is being used to illustrate the article Jemima (cat). I feel that this qualifies as fair use because:

• It is a web-resolution image.
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to produce the musical or sell the DVDs in any way.
• The image is significant because it shows the character as depicted in the Cats video.
• No public domain or free image could be substituted.
