English: The Gardens of The Galley are a set of enclosures which origins date back to the 10th century. They are placed inside the enclosure walled of the city and in them there can be visited archaeological pieces (columns visigodas, building of The Galley, San Atón's door and remains of walls arábes and medieval towers).
Español: Los Jardines de La Galera son un conjunto de recintos cuyos orígenes datan del siglo X. Están situados dentro del recinto amurallado de la ciudad y en ellos pueden visitarse piezas arqueológicas (columnas visigodas, edificio de La Galera, la puerta de San Atón y restos de murallas arábes y torres medievales). Estan situados entre la Plaza Alta, La Puerta de Mérida y La Alcazaba de Badajoz todos ellos lugares de intéres turístico. |
