This photo will be listed non-free fair use.

It is of Jack Silver (boxer), lightweight boxer. The photo was likely taken around 1925 according to its appearance in The Jewish Boxer's Hall of Fame, (1988) by Ken Blady, pg. 154.

It is therefore only two years at most, from full public domain status in the United States. I cropped the photo from the original photo in Blady's book. The photo caption states it was owned by Jack Silver at one time (1988 I presume).

It will be used here only in this article for historical purposes. It will be kept quite small, and it is both grainy and cropped. This also reduces the liklihood of copyright violation issues, should such issues exist.

I will keep the photo even smaller this time.
