Summary

Description
English: Illustration of how particle trajectories can be found from the (Eulerian) flow field through integration. The integration scheme used here is the Euler method. In this example the flow field does not evolve in time. There are no stochastic terms here (which might model diffusive effects, if they were present); the method used to calculate the trajectory is thus purely kinematic.
