Description
English: An Indian air force IL-78 air-to-air refueller lands at Lajes Field July 13. The IAF stopped at Lajes Field on their way to Red Flag at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. This is the first time the IAF has deployed to the United States. Two IL-78s and one IL-76 transport aircraft escorted eight SU-30 MKI aircraft to Lajes Field.
