Hof van Saksen is een resort in de Drentse plaats Nooitgedacht in de gemeente Aa en Hunze. Het hoofdgebouw de Havezate is officieel geopend op 22 juni 2007. Voor die tijd was het park al in gebruik. De totale oppervlakte van het resort is ongeveer 62 hectare. Het park is geïnspireerd op oude esdorpen met rietgedekte boerderijen. Het resort beschikt over bijna 700 boerderijen die zijn ontworpen door Cor Kalfsbeek. De Havezate is het hoofdgebouw van 250 meter lang en 50 meter breed. Het beschikt o.a. over een aantal restaurants, een zwembad met wildwaterbaan, sauna en een beautycenter. Het interieur is ontworpen door meubel en interieurontwerper Piet Boon. Het is ontstaan op het oude vakantiepark Nooitgedacht dat in 2004 failliet ging. De bank was daarvan de grootste schuldeiser. Er stonden toen 136 bungalows waarvan een groot deel nu is gesloopt.
