Summary

Description
English: A chart showing where fat deposits accumulate for use in the Henneke horse body condition scoring system. Though there are exceptions, fat is first stored internally around major organs, then usually accumulates predictably in the following order:

1. Behind the elbow (or scapula, to be more precise) 2. Between the ribs 3. Beside the tail head 4. Along the back 5. Over the withers 6. In the neck

This horse, though out of condition, is about a 6 or 7
