MCBH Hawaii (March 15, 2013) Key personnel and guests ceremoniously shovel dirt during the ground breaking ceremony for the Marine Corps Air Station Operations Complex, held near the Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting building, Mar. 15 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. The $46.6 million project includes a new air passenger terminal, dormitory for the ARFF Marines, new bays for the fire trucks and new office space. The complex, which consists of two main buildings, is scheduled for completion in September 2014. Two personnel from NAVFAC Hawaii participate in the ceremony, Capt.
