Summary

Description
English: Greenberfield Middle Lock No 43, Leeds and Liverpool Canal, near to Thornton-in-Craven, North Yorkshire, Great Britain. The converted shortboat 'Lune' has just ascended the lock. These boats were formerly used for carrying on this canal, which has wide locks but they are also too short for the standard 70ft. narrowboat.
