A jar of commercially produced gongura pickle. Mother's Recipe Andhra gongura pickle produced by Desai Brothers Limited of Pune, India. Ingredients: Hibiscus cannabinus (38%), water (16%), salt (14%), spices (chilli, coriander, fenugreek, mustard, whole red chillies, turmeric, asafoetida) (12%), sesame oil (7%), cottonseed oil (6%), tamarind (6%), and acetic acid as acidity regulator.
