Thomaskantor a.D. Prof. Georg Christoph Biller und Landrat Götz Ulrich (Burgenlandkreis) luden zu einem Pressegespräch am Donnerstag, 18. Juni 2015, 13.00 Uhr, in die Thomaskirche zu Leipzig, Pank-Sakristei ein. Thomaskantor a.D. Prof. Georg Christoph Biller sprach über Anlass und Programm eines Benefizkonzertes am 21. Juni 2015 in Alt-Tröglitz zugunsten der Flüchtlinge in Tröglitz. Am 21. Juni 2015 geben die neugegründeten Leipziger Bach-Solisten gemeinsam mit dem Leipziger Barockorchester, das auf historischen Instrumenten musiziert, ein Benefizkonzert zugunsten der Flüchtlinge in Tröglitz. Unter Leitung des scheidenden Thomaskantors Prof. Georg Christoph Biller kommen die Kantate BWV 39 „Brich dem Hungrigen dein Brot“ und das „Magnificat D-Dur“ BWV 243 von Johann Sebastian Bach zur Aufführung. Der aus der Stadt Nebra im Burgenlandkreis stammende Georg Christoph Biller, die mit ihm musizierenden Künstler und Prinzen-Sänger Tobias Künzel möchten mit diesem Konzert die tragischen Ereignisse des Ostersonntages in Tröglitz reflektieren und ein Zeichen der Mitmenschlichkeit setzen. |
