English: The opening page of the autograph manuscript of Graupner's cantata Herr du machst dein Werk lebendig (GWV 1113/18). The work opens with a choral fugue in which the lower voices sing the text Herr du machst dein Werk lebendig while the soprano enters (on the second system) with the 4th Stanza of the hymn Wer nur den lieben Gott läßt walten
