«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Вишневогорского городского поселения, выполненные белым, красным, зелёным и синим цветом».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле на лазоревой, тонко окаймлённой серебром оконечности — три зелёных горы, из которых средняя обременена серебряным кристаллом (имеющим очертания ромба, с тремя видимыми гранями вверху и тремя внизу) и сопровождена во главе двумя червлёными вишнями на зелёном черенке с парой листьев».
