Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из трёх горизонтальных полос, ширины которых соотносятся как 1:4:1, синего (голубого), зелёного и белого цветов; в зелёной части полотнища, касаясь нижней белой полосы — белое мурованное чёрным изображение крепостной башни с бойницами и закрытыми воротами из которой возникает повёрнутое к древку жёлтое изображение грифона с мечом и круглым щитом; по сторонам от крепостной башни по три положенных веерообразно жёлтых листа бука с семенами.
