Kosmo a šikmo čtvrcený list. V horním zeleném poli vztyčené odvrácené radlice a krojidlo ostřím k žerdi, oboje žluté, v dolním zeleném poli tři (1, 2) žlutá jablka. V bílém žerďovém poli červená zavinutá střela, ve vlajícím zkřížená červená hornická kladívka. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
