Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из полос голубого и зелёного цвета, между которыми полоса белого цвета в виде стропила, шириной 2/15 ширины полотнища. Ширина голубой части по краям полотнища — 3/10, а в центре — 1/10 ширины полотнища. В центре зелёной части полотнища изображены фигуры из герба Кашарского района: жёлтый сноп и поверх него два жёлтых бунчука накрест с серебряными прядями
