Čeština: Vlajka obce Černousy, okres Liberec. List tvoří čtyři vodorovné pruhy, černý, bílý, červený a modrý. Uprostřed přes tři horní pruhy vztyčený žalud se dvěma listy, v modrém pruhu pět šesticípých hvězd, vše žluté. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3. Pozn. Tento obrazový soubor má poměr stran nepřesný, přibližně 7:10.
