Jaime Meregalli" junto al Aeropuerto Internacional de Carrasco en Canelones, Uruguay. Este avión en particular, producido como un EMB-110C y con el número de serie 110-076, fue la primera aeronave de fabricación brasileña en ser exportada, siendo adquirida completamente nueva por la Fuerza Aérea Uruguaya en el año 1975 para aumentar sus capacidades de transporte aéreo militar táctico. En Uruguay recibió la matrícula militar FAU 580 y la matrícula civil CX-BJJ. El avión prestó sus servicios en el Grupo de Aviación N.° 6 (Transporte) de la Brigada Aérea I y el Transporte Aéreo Militar Uruguayo (TAMU) entre los años 1975 y 1993. El 27 de abril de 1994, debido a una nueva reglamentación de la Estructura Orgánica de la Fuerza Aérea, impuesta mediante el Decreto N.° 177/994 del Poder Ejecutivo, la aeronave pasó a formar parte del Escuadrón Aéreo N.° 3 (Transporte), en donde voló hasta su retiro en el año 2014.
English: Embraer C-95 Bandeirante of the Uruguayan Air Force on display inside the main hangar of the "Cnel. (Av.) Jaime Meregalli" Aeronautical Museum next to Carrasco International Airport in Canelones, Uruguay. This particular aircraft, produced as an EMB-110C and with serial number 110-076, was the first Brazilian-made aircraft to be exported, being acquired completely new by the Uruguayan Air Force in 1975 to increase its tactical military transport capabilities. In Uruguay the aircraft received the military identification FAU 580 and the civil registration CX-BJJ. The aircraft served in the 6th Aviation Group (Transport) of the I Air Brigade between 1975 and 1993. On April 27, 1994, due to new regulations of the Organic Structure of the Air Force imposed by Decree No. 177/994 of the Executive Power, the aircraft became part of the Air Squadron No. 3 (Transport), where it flew until her retirement in 2014.
