Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This image is to illustrate one article about the person Ed McGivern.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The picture is a low quality cell-phone capture of a picture in a book; that picture itself was copied from a photo and the printing is not high quality. My copy of a copy is not going to affect the commercial value of the image because it is of significantly degraded quality.
