DescriptionDunoon Pavilion, laying the cornerstone 1904, William Fraser, architect.jpg
English: This 1904 photograph pictures the official 'laying of the cornerstone' in Dunoon Scotland, of the Dunoon Pavilion, which was designed by Scottish architect William Fraser, who is pictured first on the left wearing a top hat. The Pavilion opened in 1905 and served as the town’s multi-function hall. Located on Pier Road at the head of Dunoon Pier in downtown Dunoon, the Pavilion was damaged by fire and demolished in the late 1950s.
