Deutsch: Die Villa an der Adresse Salmannsdorfer Höhe 10 im 19. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Döbling. Die Villa wurde 1879 von Architekt Wilhelm Fraenkel für den Bankier Sigmund Reitzes (1835, Lemberg/Lviv–1906, Wien) errichtet. Ab 2007 baute Martin Schlaff das Areal zu einem Herrschaftssitz um. Unter anderem errichtete er dabei eine Tiefgarage für etwa 14 Autos und ein Nebengebäude auf einer Fläche von 711 Quadratmetern als Gartenvilla. Bei der "teuersten" Scheidung der Welt ging 2008 die Hauptvilla in das Eigentum seiner Exfrau Andrea über. |
