Rosemeyer fährt neuen Rekord Die Auto-Union hatte auf der Reichsautobahnstrecke bei Frankfurt/Main am Mittwoch Versuchsfahrten mit ihrem stromlinienverkleideten Avusrennwagen, mit dem Eifelsieger Bernd Rosemeyer am Steuer, durchgeführt, bei denen über den Kilometer eine Geschwindigkeit von 389,881 stdkm und über die Meile eine solche von 378,423 stdkm erreicht wurden. Der neue Rekordsieger strahlt über das ganze Gesicht, als ihm seine Gattin, Elli Beinhorn-Rosemeyer, und der Konstrukteur der Auto-Union-Rennwagen, Dr. Porsche, zu seinem Siege beglückwünschen. 16.6.1937 [Herausgabedatum]
