Summary

Description
English: Bombe glacée. This is a layered ice cream dessert. From the center, the layers here are chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips; vanilla ice cream; a thin layer of chocolate ganache; coffee ice cream; and finally a thick layer of Alice Medrich's Sarah Bernhardt chocolate glaze. Although similar to an ice cream cake, there is no cake (or any other baked goods) in this gluten-free dessert. It is also similar to w:en:Baked Alaska, which has the same sort of center, but baked meringue on the outside in place of the chocolate glaze.
