Miniature painting, watercolours(?) & ink; painted on a standard, printed 'The Comité des Étudiants Américains de l'École des Beaux-Arts Paris guarantee the authenticity of this post card', post-card blank. Signed 'F.(or P.?) Dupuy' on front. Full front caption reads as follows: 'Bombardement de Soissons . Mars 1917 . Avenue Gambetta. F.(or P.?)Dupuy.'. Back with only the handwritten number '25815' added (@ bottom centre) to the standard printed design & text. March 1917. More information about the artist would be appreciated. Wittig collection, item 40; private collection, fam. Wittig et cie.
