Summary

Description Blechnum howeanum. There are five Blechnum species on Lord Howe, of which three including this one are endemic. This is in the former B. capense group of Pacific species. Note the sizeable auricles at the base of the narrow pinnae on the fertile frond. Near Goat House Cave.
