DescriptionBayview Park Canadian exiles memorial (1).jpg
English: View of the memorial stone commemorating the landing of the HMS Buffalo at Bayview Park ferry wharf in Concord, New South Wales. The larger, main plaque was dedicated by Prime Minister of CanadaPierre Trudeau in 1970; it describes the landing of the HMS Buffalo and the Canadian exiles it carried, whom fought against the ruling British colonialists in the Lower Canada Rebellion. The smaller, upper plaque is a re-dedication, after the memorial stone was moved from its original location in Cabarita, New South Wales, to its current location in Bayview Park in 1984.
