Summary

• A search for a copyright renewal for this issue of TV Guide was done at copyright.gov using "TV Guide" as the title. Many renewals from 1956 on were discovered. The only 1955 renewal was for a Norman Rockwell image of Arthur Godfrey which apparently was the magazine's cover for that given week. There is no evidence that copyright is still claimed on this material.
