Brute-force search by program I wrote. 2600 hardware supports a 40-pixel-width and arbitrary-height (up to what a PAL television will accept, i.e. 260-290) 1bpp image with arbitrary foreground and background colors.

This assumes the palette entries on the page w:List of video game console palettes are correct.
