Summary
| Description | A shadow of its original self after 2005, the 312 regained some vitality on 2nd March 2024 with its projection south over the 455 to Old Lodge Lane. This is now the sixth route to serve this isolated uphill terminus in only forty years, its predecessors being the 455, 450, 412, 12A and 234A! Eyebrows were raised when Croydon took the 325’s 60-reg ENLs to furnish the 312 in place of its previous MetroCity electrics, but these are already pretty much shot; perhaps later models will have more longevity. Next on the list, obviously; get some blinds in! |
