Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	Alan Lancaster, now deceased, at his most recognizable as a member of the rock band Status Quo at its most commercially viable. Lancaster died in 2021, and there are no other free images which clearly depict him at his most recognizable. The source is from Enfer magazine, which went out of print in 1987, and is now archived for free viewing at the following URL: http://france.metal.museum.free.fr/revues/enfer_magazine/. This is a low-resolution photo of the picture from a page of said magazine which is no longer sold, thus it can't hurt anyone financially.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	There are no free images of Lancaster at his most recognizable as a member of Status Quo at its most commercially viable. He died in 2021.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Once, as the primary visual indicator on the subject's page.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution screenshot from an archived magazine that went out of print in 1987 will not impact the commercial viability of the software or site.
