Summary

Description
English: In a scene still from the American drama film A Woman of Impulse (1918), Leonora, the opera singer known as "La Vecci" (played by Lina Cavalieri) sits in her backstage dressing room receiving visitors. She holds a small gift box that Count Nerval (Raymond Bloomer, on one knee wearing a richly decorated Spanish cape) has just given her. Behind them, looking incensed is Nerval's cousin Phillip Gardiner (Robert Cain, in evening dress). At the door behind him is Leonora's maid (Corene Uzzell).
