English: The shoulder patches using in WWII would be covered by a Crown Copyright held by the Canadian Department of National Defence. The copyright expired 50 years after the patch design was created (no later than 1944).
Source The image in the file was created by me based on the 2nd Canadian Infantry Division patch, which is already in the public domain in the Wikimedia Commons.
