English: Methodist Oriental Home for Women and Girls, 912 Washington St, San Francisco Chinatown, dedicated in 1901, by the Women's Home Missionary Society Based on work founded in 1870 by Rev. Otis Gibson and the Women's Missionary Society of the Pacific Coast. Building destroyed by 1906 earthquake and fire.
Replaced with building designed by Julia Morgan, dedicated in 1912; replacement building is known since 1940s as the Gum Moon Women's Residence.
