Faz (Persian: فاز, also Romanized as Fāz; also known as Pāz and Bāzh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Tabadkan Rural District of the Central District of Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 688 in 193 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 656 people in 166 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 409 people in 128 households.[2]
