Emmanuel Muhammad
Emmanuel Muhammad, the oldest son of Elijah Muhammad, and a leader in the Nation of Islam (NOI), is known for receiving a 5 year prison term for refusal to serve in the Vietnam War.[1] While in prison, he preached on behalf of the NOI.[2] Within the area of Baltimore, Maryland, he has followers numbering in the hundreds.[3]
