Edness K. Wilkins State Park is a state park located in Natrona County, Wyoming, 6 miles (9.7 km) east of the city of Casper along Interstate 25. The park's 362 acres (146 ha) were purchased in 1981 for $380,000 after the death of Edness Kimball Wilkins, a 25-year Wyoming legislator, in 1980.[1] The park is located along the North Platte River and has picnic tables, grills, group shelters, playgrounds, boat launch, and opportunities for bird watching.
