The episode begins with a flashback to 2002. Chuck and Jill sit atop a Ferris wheel as Chuck tries to ask Jill out. Back in the present, Sarah and Casey worry about Chuck after finding out Jill is Fulcrum and that she has Chuck. It turns out Jill is in bed with Chuck at a hotel. Jill leaves bed to take a shower, when her cell phone starts vibrating. A text message reads: "Have you heard from Uncle Tobias? Mom." Suddenly, Chuck has a flash that indicates Jill is Fulcrum, but he does not want to believe it. Chuck leaves the room and tells Jill he is going for coffee. As Chuck walks down the path, he is pulled into a massage tent by Sarah and Casey. Chuck continues to deny that Jill is Fulcrum, until Casey tells Chuck her codename which Chuck flashes on and he cannot deny it any longer. Casey is less than sympathetic, however. He tells Chuck to go back to Jill's room, because Fulcrum does not know he is the Intersect.
Back in the courtyard of Chuck's apartment, Chuck kisses Jill goodbye, pretending absolutely nothing is wrong. Inside his sister's house, Chuck feels sorry for himself, when General Beckman is giving the agents their new mission. She tells them the flash in Jill's room referenced an agent called Leader. She tells Chuck that she wants him to use his relationship with Jill, to see if she makes contact with him. Chuck agrees to do it, because of how much Jill betrayed him.
Jill takes Chuck to the carnival, instead of a music event. They take a seat on the Ferris wheel and try to relive 2002. Jill takes out a gun, and tells Chuck she is sorry. Jill explains that she works for Fulcrum, and how they made her dreams come true. She tells Chuck there is a Fulcrum operative in the parking lot and that if Jill does not follow the plan and take Chuck to a waiting car, the operative will kill them both as a "precaution". The operative turns out to be Leader. He confronts Jill and Chuck as soon as they leave the Ferris wheel. He tells Jill to shoot Chuck in the head because his handlers are homing in. But Jill cannot do it and she points her gun at Leader, who promptly knocks her to the ground. He then chases Chuck into the Gravitron. Thinking fast, Chuck switches on the ride, sending the two into a G-force spin. The ride slows to a stop. Chuck falls on top of the Leader, knocking him out. Chuck runs into the Funhouse where he finds Jill in the hall of mirrors. Just then, Leader steps into the hall, gun drawn. He finds Chuck and is just about to kill him, when Jill shoots through the glass, hitting the Leader in the arm, allowing Chuck to escape. Outside the Funhouse, Jill is immediately caught by Sarah and Casey.
Back at the Castle, Jill is connected to a lie detector and questioned by Sarah and Casey. She confesses Leader can be found in a building downtown.
After Sarah and Casey have left and while Jill is still connected to the lie detector and strapped to a chair, Chuck asks her a series of questions, and finds out she never slept with Bryce. She only broke up with him because Fulcrum told her to. To thank her for not killing him, he lets her out of the chair and she immediately pulls a gun on him. Meanwhile, Casey and Sarah have infiltrated the building downtown, where Leader is undergoing surgery to repair his wounded arm. They break in, followed by the S.W.A.T. team and capture Leader.
Sarah and Casey return to headquarters to find Chuck sitting at a desk, head in his hands. Jill emerges from behind the corner holding two guns. She tells them to uncuff Leader, and drop their weapons. Casey angrily throws down his firearm and takes the handcuffs off Leader. Leader accesses the computer and begins searching for someone. Jill tells Chuck he is looking for Bryce Larkin, because they think he is the Intersect. He is put in a glass cell opposite Sarah and Casey.
While Jill and Leader search the computers, Chuck manages to shut down the computer system remotely. He has also locked the base from the outside and sent word to the CIA, who should arrive in the next 10 minutes. Leader, however, is unfazed. He puts a time bomb on the glass door to Casey and Sarah's cell. The blast would almost certainly kill them, but Chuck would survive. Sarah and Casey urge Chuck not to give in, but Chuck will not let them die and does what Leader says. Sometime later, Sarah notices a message flashing on the door's controls: "I also unlocked your door. Taking them to Buy More. Unleash the Casey."
At Buy More, Chuck leads Leader across the showroom, where a trip wire has been set up by Jeff, although the three are nowhere to be found. Leader trips over the wire and Casey and Sarah emerge from behind a wall of product. Casey begins a struggle with Leader while Sarah chases Jill. Chuck sneaks into the back room ahead of Sarah and convinces Jill to follow him.
Meanwhile, Casey is knocked to the ground by Leader who picks up a gun. Suddenly Big Mike (back from his fishing trip because the silent alarm was set off) comes charging at Leader, because he thinks he is trying to rob the store. Big Mike hits Leader and sends him flying into a stack of boxes. Mike asks Casey if Morgan put him in charge, and Casey confirms that he did.
Outside, Chuck takes Jill to a Nerd Herd car, telling her to drive away forever. She gets behind the wheel only to find the windows closing and the car going into "detention mode". Chuck, meanwhile, holds the remote key chain for the car in his hand. Chuck tells Jill he was going to let her go until he saw her about to kill Sarah. He tells her she is under arrest and that he is breaking up with her.
Outside Sarah tries to comfort Chuck before going inside and when they do Ellie, Jeff, Lester, Morgan and Awesome are waiting to celebrate Thanksgiving.
Buy More/Family
Ellie is furiously trying to clean the house in preparation for the arrival of Devon's parents. She also tells Morgan that he cannot come to dinner.
Big Mike tells Jeff, Lester and Morgan that he needs them to guard the store because it will be full of product in preparation for Black Friday. Apparently, no one told Buy More corporate about the financial crisis. On Thanksgiving Day, Morgan hatches a plan: He will venture outside the store to find a real turkey for Thanksgiving. Jeff hot wires the front door (they have all been locked inside by Big Mike) allowing Morgan to slip out. Unfortunately, the plan inadvertently sets off the silent alarm. Big Mike, relaxing on a fishing trip, looks down at his phone to see security breach flashing in red.
At Ellie's place, Devon's parents are not coming to dinner after all. Ellie is so overjoyed that she does not get angry upon discovering Morgan digging through the trash for turkey scraps. In the end Ellie, Jeff, Lester, Morgan, Awesome, Sarah and Chuck celebrate Thanksgiving.
