Cape Mascart

Cape Mascart (66°38′S 67°41′W / 66.633°S 67.683°W / -66.633; -67.683Coordinates: 66°38′S 67°41′W / 66.633°S 67.683°W / -66.633; -67.683) is a cape forming the northern extremity of Adelaide Island. Discovered by the French Antarctic Expedition, 1903–05, under Charcot, and named by him for Eleuthere Mascart, French physicist and director of the Bureau Central Meteorologique.
