Buffalo High School , located in Buffalo, Iowa, United States, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The first floor of the structure was built by the Buffalo Independent School District as an elementary school in 1900. The second story was added for high school classes in 1928. The high school moved out at a later date and the building continued to be used for school purposes until 1958. It was then used as a community center by the city for many years after that. After sitting vacant for a while it became a private home in 2002.[2]
